

History
The Medical Mission Hall of Fame Foundation is an independent
corporate entity organized under Chapter 1702 of the Ohio Revised Code
as a non-profit corporation. As a 501 c (3) entity, the Medical Mission
Hall of Fame Foundation was organized to recognize individuals and/or organizations
that have significantly and substantially worked to improve the health
and well being of individuals and groups by providing medical care, public
health education, medical equipment, supplies, technology, public and social
welfare services The Medical Mission Hall of Fame Foundation which was
chartered in 2003 is funded through private contributions, grants, endowments
and legacies of individuals and organizations.
The purpose of the Medical Mission Hall of Fame is to recognize those individuals, groups, associations, corporations or other entities that has demonstrated through an active commitment to significantly improving the quality of life of individuals either domestically or internationally through humanitarian service or financial support in medical mission activities or public health and social welfare programs over an extended time period.
Mission Statement
The mission of the Medical Mission Hall of Fame Foundation is to honor
through annual public award ceremonies those individuals and/or organizations
that have made significant and substantial contributions to advancing
the medical well being of their brothers and sisters throughout the world.
